We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to support a highprofile regional portfolio, serving as the primary HR liaison to the client and a trusted advisor to operational leaders across multiple sites. This pivotal role blends handson regional execution with strategic multisite leadership, focusing on highvolume recruitment, labor relations, employee relations, and payroll management. In this role, you will provide strategic HR partnership to regional leadership while driving workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy for our frontline teams. You will lead highvolume recruitment efforts and ensure strong pipelines across multiple locations. You will oversee employee relations and investigations with a balanced, peoplefirst approach, while managing labor relations, including contract interpretation and grievance handling. • Manage labor relations - Interpret CBAs, support grievance handling, and partner effectively with union representatives.

• Oversee payroll and compliance - Ensure accurate payroll, flawless HR recordkeeping, and adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws.

• Elevate frontline culture - Lead HR initiatives that strengthen engagement, retention, communication, and development for hourly teams.
