Who We Are
At Frontline Performance Group (FPG), we help hospitality and automotive brands improve performance where it matters most, at the front line. With more than 30 years of experience, our team combines industry expertise with proprietary technology to drive measurable revenue and service outcomes.
Our platform, IN-Gauge, is used by over 60,000 users across 100+ countries. Behind every successful implementation is a strong technical foundation, clean data, reliable integrations, and a team that knows how to make complex systems work seamlessly together.
We are collaborative, hands-on, and focused on continuous improvement.
The Role
We are looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant who can take ownership of the technical side of client implementations, with a strong focus on data integration, system connectivity, and data reliability.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, APIs, and customer-facing delivery. You will partner closely with client technical teams to ensure data flows correctly into IN-Gauge and supports real-time insights from day one.
What You'll Do

  • Design and configure data pipelines from systems such as PMS, POS, and other enterprise platforms
  • Execute data extraction using ETL/ELT methodologies
  • Work with data warehouses and storage solutions (S3, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Normalize and map client data into standardized schemas
  • Support both batch and real-time data processing where needed

API & System Connectivity
  • Integrate client systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and file-based transfers
  • Configure authentication (OAuth, API keys, tokens)
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, pipeline issues, and connectivity challenges
  • Document integration workflows and technical configurations

Client-Facing Technical Delivery
  • Act as the primary technical contact during implementation
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client systems and data environments
  • Collaborate with client IT teams to establish secure, reliable integrations
  • Provide guidance and training on data flows and troubleshooting

Quality Assurance & Handoff
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and performance
  • Monitor early-stage data quality and pipeline reliability
  • Document configurations, known issues, and operational considerations
  • Ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success and Support teams

What Success Looks Like
  • Data pipelines are reliable, accurate, and stable from go-live
  • Integrations are completed on time with clear documentation
  • Clients understand their data and trust its accuracy
  • Minimal post-implementation technical issues or escalations

Who You Are
You are a technically strong implementation professional who understands how data moves between systems. You're comfortable working with APIs, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You may come from a background such as:
  • Technical Implementation Consultant or Integration Specialist
  • Data Engineer or ETL Developer
  • Solutions Engineer or Professional Services Engineer
  • Any similar role involving system integrations and data pipelines

Qualifications
Required
  • Experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
  • Working knowledge of APIs (REST, webhooks, authentication methods)
  • Familiarity with data warehouses or storage solutions (S3, Redshift, Snowflake, or similar)
  • Understanding of data modeling, normalization, and schema design
  • Experience with batch processing or event-driven systems

Preferred
  • Experience implementing hospitality software (SaaS, POS, PMS, or similar)
  • Experience working with systems like Opera, Infor, Toast, MICROS, or Aloha
  • SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
  • Exposure to real-time streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, or similar)
  • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools

Skills
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple implementations at once
  • Structured, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
