  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering leaders to test hypotheses, validate value, and de-risk investments early.
  • Help teams define success metrics tied directly to outcomes such as retention, adoption, efficiency, and revenue.
  • Balance long-term strategic thinking with evidence-based learning, adapting quickly based on data, feedback, and emerging opportunities.
Cross-functional leadership
  • Partner closely with Go-To-Market, Customer Success, and Finance to align product strategy with business goals and operational readiness.
  • Influence investment decisions by providing clear data on opportunity size, customer impact, and expected ROI.
  • Act as a visible advocate for customer and business outcomes across Frontline's leadership community.

  • Product strategy and execution are tightly connected to Frontline's mission and financial goals.
  • Customer discovery and evidence-based decision-making are embedded in daily practice.
  • AI and data are used thoughtfully to inform strategy, optimize product experiences, and deliver tangible value.
  • You are recognized as a collaborative, outcome-oriented leader who amplifies team performance and customer impact.
What you bring to help us grow
