Bloomington Southside Dental Care is looking for a friendly and motivated front office Administrative Assistant to join our growing practice in Bloomington, IN! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of our office while playing a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the very first interaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor at the front desk
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software
  • Verify dental insurance benefits 
  • Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and manage billing inquiries
  • Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient questions, and manage voicemails
  • Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories
  • Coordinate with clinical dental team to ensure smooth daily patient flow
Requirements:
  • Previous dental front office experience required
  • Familiarity with dental insurance verification and billing processes required 
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend)
