What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience by:

  • Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional attitude
  • Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patients with scheduling questions
  • Managing patient appointments and maintaining accurate records
  • Verifying patient information and insurance details
  • Assisting with administrative and front office duties as needed
  • Coordinating patient communications and appointment flow
  • Providing outstanding customer service while supporting the clinical team
QualificationsPreferred Experience
  • Front office, administrative, or customer service experience
  • Experience in a dental office is a plus
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and Medicaid is highly recommended
