Are you cheerful, welcoming, and enjoy interacting with people? Join the Longueuil Toyota team as an evening receptionist!

You’ll be the first person our customers interact with and will play an important role in their dealership experience. Your warm welcome, professionalism, and commitment to service will directly contribute to creating a positive experience for each of our visitors.

Your main responsibilities:

Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism;

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments;

Respond to general customer inquiries and provide guidance as needed;

Staff the front desk at the end of the day;

Perform certain simple administrative tasks;

Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant reception area.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Friday: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

15 hours per week
