Overview

Our client is seeking a Help Desk Assistant to join their IT support team, providing frontline technical support across both office and field environments. This role is ideal for a technically capable and customer-focused professional with 2–3 years of IT support experience, particularly within Microsoft cloud environments.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, supporting users in a hybrid workplace while ensuring timely resolution, escalation, and excellent service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support issues via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Provide Level 1–Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Support end users across office and field operations in a hybrid work environment
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Support Azure Active Directory (user accounts, access management, password resets, group assignments)
  • Assist with Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop troubleshooting and configuration
  • Manage IT tickets using ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms
  • Perform onboarding/offboarding tasks including account creation and access provisioning

Notre client est à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) au centre de soutien informatique / technicien(ne) informatique sur le terrain pour rejoindre son équipe de soutien TI et offrir un soutien technique de première ligne aux employés, tant au bureau que sur le terrain. Ce poste convient parfaitement à un(e) professionnel(le) compétent(e) sur le plan technique, orienté(e) vers le service à la clientèle et possédant de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en soutien informatique, particulièrement dans des environnements Microsoft infonuagiques.

La personne retenue sera le premier point de contact pour les incidents et les demandes de services informatiques. Elle soutiendra les utilisateurs dans un environnement de travail hybride, tout en assurant une résolution rapide des problèmes, leur escalade lorsque nécessaire et une excellente qualité de service.


Principales responsabilités

  • Agir comme premier point de contact pour les demandes de soutien informatique par téléphone, courriel et système de billetterie.
  • Fournir un soutien technique de niveau 1 et de niveau 2 pour les problèmes liés au matériel, aux logiciels et aux réseaux.
  • Offrir un soutien aux utilisateurs au bureau et sur le terrain dans un environnement de travail hybride.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes liés aux applications Microsoft 365, notamment Outlook, Teams, SharePoint et OneDrive.
  • Assurer le soutien d'Azure Active Directory (gestion des comptes utilisateurs, des accès, des réinitialisations de mots de passe et des groupes).

  • Participer aux processus d'accueil et de départ des employés, notamment la création de comptes et l'attribution des accès.
