Front Desk Agent

VP Management is seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in Catlettsburg, KY. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients promptly and professionally.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage front desk activities and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments when required.
