We are seeking a Spanish bilingual Front Desk Receptionist who is dependable, organized, and able to communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients. Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and check them in/out efficiently Answer high-volume phone calls and assist patients in both English and Spanish Schedule and confirm appointments Collect necessary documentation Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed Assist with referrals, authorizations, and general office tasks Provide clear communication between patients, providers, and staff Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Previous experience in a medical office or customer service setting preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and office software Reliable attendance and punctuality Compensation: $20 hourly
