Front Desk Associate
The Hyatt Regency Coralville Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to create memorable first impressions for guests while working with a supportive team in one of the premier hotels in Eastern Iowa.
Our Front Desk Associates are the face of the hotel-welcoming guests, solving problems, and ensuring every stay begins and ends with exceptional service.

What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Associate, you will play an important role in creating positive guest experiences from arrival through departure.
Responsibilities include:
• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
• Answer guest questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Handle guest requests or concerns with patience, professionalism, and care
• Input and retrieve information from hotel computer systems
• Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate cash handling and house bank responsibilities
• Assist with luggage storage when needed
• Communicate guest needs to other departments to ensure seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Support the team and assist with other duties as assigned
