Job description

To ensure efficient and smooth operations for excellent guest satisfaction as well as respond in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.
Duties and specification:
• Check guests in and out of the hotel; Perform daily Front Desk Agent duties
• Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns; Answer the phone in a timely manner
• Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures
• Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach/counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation
• Assist all departments in servicing the guests during high volume periods
• Assist with Front Desk Coverage as needed, including the supervision of the Guest Service Representatives in the absence of the Front Office Manager
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Supervision and thorough understanding of hotel sales preferred
• Position requires computer literacy and the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
• A positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a group
Education and qualification:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of hotel guest experience required
