A prestigious law firm is seeking a polished, personable Front Desk & Office Services Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of its organization. This is a highly visible position that requires exceptional communication skills, professional presence, and the ability to make clients and visitors feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
The ideal candidate will be warm, confident, attentive, and comfortable interacting with senior-level professionals and high-profile clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression while also supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of a busy office.
Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a warm and professional manner
  • Escort guests to private offices, conference rooms, and meeting spaces
  • Provide attentive hospitality and ensure visitors feel welcomed and comfortable
  • Answer and direct a light volume of incoming telephone calls, typically three to five calls per day
  • Reserve conference rooms and coordinate meeting-space availability
  • Maintain calendars and assist with basic scheduling needs
  • Complete data entry and general administrative assignments
  • Organize files and assist with document-management projects
  • Assemble binders and prepare materials for meetings or presentations
  • Draft and distribute a daily recap email to approximately 100 attorneys
  • Assist with additional office-support responsibilities as needed
