Superior Skilled Trades (SST), a leading skilled trades staffing firm, is seeking a Front Desk Office Assistantย for our Rockledge office.ย This is a front-desk role with high incoming phone volume, lots of interaction, and a variety of day-to-day projects. Ideal for someone early in their career whoโ€™s outgoing, organized, and eager to get their foot in the door and grow with a high-energy team!
Fulltime, Internal Position: Front Desk Office Assistant
Location: Rockledge, FL (onsite)
Hourly Rate:ย  $18.00/hr+
Schedule:ย  Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Communication:ย Answering phones, gaining pertinent information in order to direct calls, managing emails, working together with internal team members.
  • Customer Service: ย Offering a positive and welcoming experience with every interaction.
  • Document & Data Management:ย  Utilizing Excel and the entire Microsoft Suite whenย reviewing reports, and/or cross-checking and verifying data.
  • Office Operations:ย  Assisting the team with project-based and administrative initiatives and providing general assistance to managers and team members.ย 
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience managing business phone/email communication (e.g., receptionist and/or administrativeย assistant-type duties).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Extremely punctual.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, databases).
  • Ability to multitask within in a fast-paced environment.ย
