Position Summary

The Front Desk / Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, assisting with office administration, scheduling support, and maintaining organized office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Must have experience working with multi-line phone systems such as RingCentral, along with strong computer and office administration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
Route calls to the appropriate department or team member
Greet visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional manner
Provide a positive first impression of the company
Assist customers with general questions and direct inquiries appropriately
