What Youโ€™ll Do

Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.

Manage patient scheduling and keep clinic operations running smoothly.

Answer phones, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and a smile in your voice.

Maintain organized patient records and assist with insurance/billing processes.

Work closely with providers and medical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Keep the front office clean, inviting, and patient-ready every day.

Rotate primarily between our Marietta and Cumming clinics with support at our other clinics as needed.

What Weโ€™re Looking For
