ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a warm, reliable Evening Receptionist to join the front desk team at Free Body Physical Therapy — a thriving, locally owned outpatient clinic in Chicago. You'll be the last friendly face our patients see at the end of their day, and that matters to us. This role grows with the clinic — the right person will have opportunities to take on more as we expand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome patients as they arrive and provide an outstanding experience
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Assist patients with intake paperwork and consent forms
- Track patient flow and communicate with the clinical team
- Collect and process payment information accurately
- Maintain a clean and inviting front desk area
- Assist with additional clinic tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual — fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred
- Warm, professional, and calm under pressure
