What’s a typical day as LockBox Clerk? You’ll be:
  • Preparing transactions for deposit by following established processing procedures in a production environment.
  • Extracting payments from envelopes, separating and sorting checks and invoices for deposit according to client specifications.
  • Accurately inputting payment amounts into specialized software using a PC.
  • Reading and following detailed instructions specific to each account to prepare deposits.
  • Handling check copies, invoices, and envelopes for proper re-association and batching.
  • Sorting completed batches for outgoing mail to clients.
  • Meeting or exceeding departmental quality and productivity standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and contributing to a positive work environment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
