Job description

Moore is currently seeking a Mail Coordinator. In this position you will be working in our Client Services Team.
Summary of Role:
The Mail Coordinator is responsible for coordinating outbound mailing activities and determining the most effective mailing method, including Local Entry, Commingling, and Drop Ship, while maintaining client-requested mail dates and in-home delivery schedules. This position works closely with Client Services, Production, Mail Operations, carriers, and vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective mailings.
Monday- Friday - 8am-5pm with overtime as needed.
Required Job Skills & Abilities:
Proficient in Excel and Word.
Knowledge of ResourceOne manufacturing workflow
Certified in ResourceOne Mail Design for Automation
Knowledge of USPS Mail Classifications for Letters, Flats and Parcels
Knowledge of outbound mail scheduling to maintain client requested mail dates and/or in-home dates
Ability to design and maintain Excel templates for tracking package compliance for automated mail commingling
Physical Requirements:
Standing for intermittent periods
Sitting for intermittent periods
Lifting up to 20 pounds intermittently
Ability to periodically walk production floor and Client Services area
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Completion and delivery of Client Services/Data Processing Work Ticket Checklist to Data Processing in Basket.
Completion and Delivery of Mail Count/Postage Summary Sheets to designated Project Manager or Client Relations Manager.
Ability to designate outbound shipping method by job and job version for Local, Commingling or Drop Ship.
Ability to analyze postage costs by classification to ensure best postage rates are achieved while maintaining client request mail date and/or in-home windows.
Ability to post mail.dat files to commingling and Drop Ship vendors portals.
Ability to set schedules for preliminary outbound mail pick up by commingle Drop or Local entry carriers.
Ability to communicate timely and in details with Outbound Mail Manager Staff and designated commingle, drop ship carriers.
Ability to read and maintain production timelines for outbound commingle, drop ship and local release of mailings.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Exceptional ability to maintain assigned tasks.
Ability to communicate timely, accurately and professionally with internal and external clients.
Ability to flex to help other client services related job duties when needed.
