Proficiency with systems like Computer-Aided Design (CAD), project management software, and knowledge of USPS automation and mail processing equipment is valuable, with certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) being a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and teamwork skills distinguish top candidates in this collaborative, solutions-driven environment. These skills ensure efficient operations, effective project delivery, and alignment with USPS’s standards and performance goals.
