Job description

Moore Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa is growing and looking to add production staff as a Sorter/Machine Operator. We are one of the nation's premier producers of direct marketing materials. If you have a good work ethic and are a curious learner, consider joining us! We have the desire to train if you have a desire to learn.

This would be a great role for someone looking for overtime hours.

In this position, you will start out in either bindery, padding or mailshop departments.

Aggressive increases for the first year. We offer competitive benefits, including: 401k, Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Long-Term Disability and Short-Term Disability according to the terms and conditions of each plan


Trainee in other areas: Schedule: Rotating schedule 3 on, 4 off, then following week 4 on 3 off

Hours: 5pm-5am or 5am-5pm

Pay: $14/HR days or $15/HR nights

Job Requirements:

  • Learn to read postal qualification reports
  • Learn to sort all types of mail including US and Canadian
  • Willingness to learn all types of machine
  • Willingness start off as a sorter and work up to the machines
  • Including but not limited to: Flow Master inserters, Swing Arm inserters, Inkjets, Affixers, Tabbers,
  • Barcode Sorting Machine
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency and awareness of production rates expected for sorting and (or) machine operating
  • Actively participates in the continuous improvement process for quality control, productivity, and operating procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Consistent and Reliable attendance is mandatory
  • All other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Exemplary associate status within the organization who is willing to work as a team member
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Attendance is a MUST
  • Must be able to consistently lift 50lbs
  • Required to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach and move about the facility
  • Required to grip twist and turn both hands for long periods of time

Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation.
