Job description

Are you looking for a role that:

  • Provides all the training and support you need to be successful

If so, we are hiring for CMA, CCMA, or LPN's. The role involves onboarding patients into our VCM (Virtual Care Management) program, and performing patient monitoring activities. While this role is primarily on-site, remote work and work-from-home opportunities are available.

Our comprehensive, flagship product provides Remote Physiologic Monitoring (RPM), and Complex Chronic Care Management (CCCM) services to physician practices for enhanced patient care and significant new revenue generation. We further provide cellular-enabled devices, software, mobile apps, and monitoring staff to support patients and improve outcomes while reducing healthcare costs and hospitalizations.

  • Can be done from home (8 AM–5 PM) or on-site

Bucket 2 – Patient Enrollment (On-Site) | $15 per enrolled patient

  • Be present at the doctor's office at least 3 days/week to enroll patients in the RPM program
  • When a patient comes in, you have ~10 minutes to introduce the program and walk them through enrollment
  • Real-time access to the patient schedule — you always know what your day looks like
  • Submit your preferred on-site days weeks in advance (3–5 days); the team schedules around your availability

Bucket 3 – On-Site Hourly Base | $7.25/hour

  • Clock in/out during on-site hours — covers commute time and gas
  • During downtime between enrollments, continue remote monitoring from a dedicated contractor station — earning from all 3 buckets simultaneously
