Job description

Job Overview:
Love variety, teamwork, and caring for patients of all ages? Join our Family Medicine Care Team Float team! As a Clinic Nurse, you'll provide compassionate care to patients from newborns to seniors while supporting multiple Family Medicine practices within your Care Team.
In this dynamic role, you'll prepare patients for exams, obtain health histories, assist providers with procedures, perform point-of-care testing, document patient care, and help keep clinic operations running smoothly. You'll also support clerical functions such as patient registration, scheduling, and telephone communications, making you an essential part of the patient experience from start to finish.
*This is a Care Team Float position with the home clinic at Deaconess Clinic Family Medicine - Bristow. Care Team staff primarily "float" between practices within their Care Team and may cover other Care Teams when necessary. Care Team staff will receive a Float Differential based on years of service and mileage based on their home practice location, when applicable.
Qualifications
Education - CMA:
Must have successfully completed at a minimum, a certified/ registered medical assistant program, preferably, one year of experience in a physician office/outpatient clinic.
Education - CCMA:
Completion of a Medical Assisting certification program. One year of clinic experience required or completion of the CMA Resident program at Memorial Hospital.
Education - LPN:
Must have successfully completed an accredited licensed practical nurse training program with current registration in Indiana required. CPR Provider-C required
Pay Ranges:
CMA/RMA: $19.14-$26.79
Clinic LPN: $22.32-$31.25
Clinic RN: $26.04-$36.45
This position is eligible for an additional premium, which is paid above the posted base rate.
