About Us We are an award-winning casual dining concept known for our legendary food, from-scratch kitchen, and fun, high-energy atmosphere. We take pride in our commitment to quality — from hand-cutting steaks daily to baking fresh bread and preparing sides entirely from scratch. Our culture is built on operational excellence, teamwork, and creating an experience guests can't wait to return to.

The Opportunity As Kitchen Manager, you'll be a key leader in our restaurant, overseeing all back-of-house operations and ensuring every plate meets our legendary standards. You'll lead a passionate kitchen team in a fast-paced environment where quality, consistency, and teamwork are everything.

New hires will complete a comprehensive 17-week paid training program, designed to set you up for success by teaching our standards and systems from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste control
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain proper food preparation and cooking techniques for all menu items
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
  • Work closely with FOH management to ensure seamless service
  • Control labor costs while maintaining appropriate staffing levels
  • Handle high-volume service periods with speed and precision
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture
  • Uphold our commitment to made-from-scratch cooking
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or similar environment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop kitchen teams
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience with from-scratch food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Ability to thrive during busy service periods while maintaining quality
  • Strong understanding of food costs, inventory management, and P&L
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with FOH management
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to complete our 17-week comprehensive training program
  • Genuine enthusiasm for great food and hospitality

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually
  • Bonus potential up to $70,000 with performance incentives
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities based on restaurant performance
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision)
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid vacation time
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Dining discounts
  • Career advancement opportunities within a growing brand
  • Fun, high-energy work environment

Why Join Us?

  • Work in a from-scratch kitchen with quality ingredients
  • Receive thorough, structured training designed for long-term success
  • Lead a team that takes pride in what they do
  • Advancement opportunities within a growing company
  • Culture built on respect, teamwork, and fun
