Job Summary

As an Operations & Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the behind-the-scenes logistics, inventory pipelines, and vendor relationships that keep our business moving. This role requires a data-minded professional who can juggle multiple workflows—from day-to-day freight coordination to long-term production forecasting—with a sharp teamwork approach and proactive problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Freight Management: Oversee and execute day-to-day operations supporting shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment tracking. Coordinate domestic distribution across 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) networks, including handling FTL (Full Truckload) and LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight shipments.

  • Inventory Control: Maintain strict inventory management protocols to optimize stock levels, prevent shortages, and track material movements across the pipeline.

  • Supply Chain & Production Coordination: Partner closely with external vendors to manage production schedules, track raw materials, and support product launch timelines.

  • Demand Forecasting: Utilize internal data to drive inventory forecasting, ensuring supply meets market demand seamlessly.

  • Administrative & System Support: Manage daily data integrity within internal operations platforms, maintaining clean records of shipments, manufacturing runs, and vendor invoices.

Requirements & Technical Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 2+ years of hands-on operations or project management experience.

  • Core Competencies: Strong operational, project management, organizational, time management, negotiation, and multitasking skills in a fast-moving workplace.

  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in navigating modern tech stacks, including HubSpot (CRM), Shopify (E-commerce), Zoom, Microsoft Suite (advanced Excel formulas), and Google Suite.

  • Home Office Setup Required:

    • A dedicated, quiet private office space at home to ensure an uninterrupted professional environment.

    • A reliable personal computer manufactured in 2023 or newer (Mac/Apple preferred).

    • A dedicated professional headset (EarPods or similar).

    • High-speed, stable internet connection (Minimum 50Mbps download speed required).

  • Availability: Ability to dedicate 5+ hours per day. Willingness to work a few hours on a weekend is highly preferred.
