What You'll Do

Customer Service & Client Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional, responsive service.
  • Communicate shipment status updates, issue resolutions, and transportation solutions.

  • Maintain complete and accurate shipment documentation and records.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export requirements and international shipping regulations.

Problem Solving & Process Improvement

  • Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipment-related concerns.
  • Provide recommendations to management on process improvements and service enhancements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pricing & Business Support

  • Obtain vendor pricing and prepare competitive freight quotes.
  • Assist customers and agents with transportation pricing and logistics solutions.
  • Support sales and business development efforts through customer follow-up and account support.
  • Set up and maintain customer accounts within CargoWise and other operational systems.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations
  • Experience coordinating import/export shipments
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation
  • Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS), preferably CargoWise
  • Strong understanding of global logistics and supply chain operations
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
