We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker / Transportation Account Manager to join our team in a hybrid (one day in office) with a competitive commission structure.


Responsibilities

  • Manage customer load requests, quotes, and shipment tracking.
  • Source and negotiate with carriers.
  • Coordinate freight from pickup through delivery.
  • Maintain strong customer and carrier relationships.
  • Resolve transportation issues quickly and effectively.
  • Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.


Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or dispatch experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience with TMS, transportation software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Sales-minded and motivated to grow business.
  • Existing book of business is highly preferred.
