TI Freight Audit is seeking a motivated, results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to drive new business growth and expand relationships within the logistics sector.

We are looking for a proven hunter who is comfortable prospecting, building pipeline, and closing business. This is a true individual contributor role focused on creating new opportunities and driving revenue growth.

If you have experience selling within the shipping, logistics, 3PL, or transportation technology space and enjoy developing business from the ground up, we'd like to talk with you.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within the shipping, logistics, and transportation marketplace
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline through outbound business development efforts
  • Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer challenges and position TI Freight Audit solutions
  • Conduct professional virtual and in-person presentations
  • Prepare pricing proposals and assist with RFP/RFQ responses
  • Negotiate and close agreements
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and implementation
  • Manage and grow select customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information within CRM
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling within the shipping, logistics, 3PL, freight, or transportation technology marketplace
  • Proven success in a hunter-style sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, and close new business

Work Location

This is a hybrid position based in Germantown, WI.

While the role supports customers nationally, we are seeking candidates located within approximately 150 miles of our Menomonee Falls office who can participate in onsite sales meetings and team collaboration as needed.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $80,000-$90,000
