As the subject-matter expert on WBD's Digital programmatic advertising platforms and processes, the Programmatic Yield Coordinator will help streamline and execute all internal aspects of our Private Marketplace business.Key areas of success in this role include deal creation, optimization & reporting, platform expertise, and bid auction analysis.On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and the Ad Tech teams, as well as with external vendors. You will be an internal sales consultant, providing and executing actionable programmatic solutions.Success in this role will be measured by the ability to improve operational efficiency, provide strategic programmatic guidance, and enable revenue growth through scalable, solutions-oriented support across WBD's digital properties.Your Role Accountabilities...
  • Support the operational management of WBD's core technology platforms including FreeWheel, Magnite, and Google Ad Manager
  • Responsible for deal setup, optimizations, reporting, and daily management of PMPs using the preferred SSPs
  • Maintain internal deal and revenue tracking tools that the Programmatic Yield team uses daily
  • Serve as the day-to-day internal sales contact for deal creation, deal health analysis, bid insights, lead generation opportunities, buyer activation/troubleshooting, and delivery optimizations
  • Provide high level of customer service to WBD sales teams and clients with effective communication, timely responses to requests, and proactive resolutions to potential issues
  • Maintain expertise in continuously evolving programmatic space and help educate internal stakeholders within WBD.
Qualifications & Experience...
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years relevant post-graduate work experience or related internship required. Programmatic Operations and/or Account Management experience a plus.
  • Must have strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience with publisher side ad technology, with deep knowledge of systems: Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Magnite, & any future supply side platforms
  • Ability to balance workloads from multiple stakeholders including sales, sales engineers, yield, ad operations, and revenue operations teams within digital organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Looker, ability to translate data analytics into actionable insights
  • Exposure to programmatic deal types, technologies, and campaign setup within exchanges
  • Exceptional organizational skills, while paying close attention to detail
  • Demonstrates ability to continuously learn and incorporate feedback to improve workflows and processes
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well with others and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $43,389.00 - $80,579.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
