Graphic Artist (Minimalist Design Specialist) - Freelance, Remote

Our client is a health and wellness company dedicated to creating award-winning, doctor-designed humidifiers that promote clean and healthy air for families, especially homes with kids and pets. They pride themselves on combining premium-grade products with sleek, minimalist designs that enhance everyday living spaces. Their brand is trusted by professionals and loved by consumers for quality, safety, and innovation.

This role exists to elevate the brand's visual identity by creating minimalist, elegant graphic designs inspired by Korean and Eastern European aesthetics. The Graphic Artist will be key in delivering compelling visuals across digital and print platforms that resonate with Carepod's health-conscious, family-oriented audience. Hiring this role supports the company's growth by enhancing customer engagement and driving sales through cohesive, modern design.

The Impact You'll Make

Graphic Design Execution

  • Develop and implement minimalist graphic designs aligned with Carepod's brand identity.
  • Produce graphics for e-commerce platforms including website banners, product images, social media content, email campaigns, and digital ads.

Sales-Driven Visual Content

  • Create visuals aimed at boosting engagement and sales on Carepod's website and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align designs with campaign goals and messaging.

Branding & Packaging Design

  • Design packaging, promotional materials, and brand assets that reflect minimalist aesthetics and maintain brand consistency.
  • Ensure all visuals uphold the company's premium, clean, and modern design standards.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

  • Stay updated on design trends, especially Korean and Eastern European minimalist styles, and incorporate relevant elements.
  • Continuously refine and evolve the brand's visual storytelling through innovative design.

Project & Collaboration Management

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and timely execution of visual assets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or Designer, preferably in e-commerce or retail industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing minimalist design skills inspired by Korean and Eastern European aesthetics (referencing aesthetics like https://molekule.com/).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Experience creating visuals for websites, social media, and sales-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of balance, typography, and layout.
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
