Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized outpatient therapy and facilitate group therapy sessions for clients, ensuring that engagement is tailored to the unique needs and backgrounds of each participant.
  • Document all client interactions accurately and promptly according to regulatory and agency guidelines, maintaining compliance with state and federal standards.
  • Participate in regular treatment team meetings to collaborate on patient care, contribute insights towards treatment plans, and share updates on client progress.
  • Assist in developing and implementing on-unit programming and staff training initiatives to enhance team competency and client care quality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in evidence-based treatment practices, particularly in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
