What are some common challenges freelance nurses face when managing multiple clients or assignments?

Freelance nurses often juggle various clients, which can make scheduling and time management challenging. Coordinating care across different healthcare settings, keeping documentation organized, and staying up-to-date with each client’s needs require strong organizational skills. Navigating fluctuating workloads and ensuring consistent income can also be unique aspects of working independently.
