Job description

Customer Experience Project – Remote in Greece

We are looking for Italian speakers to join our customer support team in Greece. This role offers an international working environment along with full relocation support for candidates moving to Greece.

Location: Greece (Remote - Work From Home)

Schedule: 5 days a week, rotational shifts (08:00 – 00:00)

Financial Package & Benefits

Base Salary: €1,050 gross / month x 14 salaries

Performance Bonus: Up to 10%

Paid Training: Full training is provided and fully paid from day one.

Relocation Package (for candidates relocating from another EU country):

  • Flight ticket covered (within the EU)
  • 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival
  • Airport pickup on arrival
  • Real estate agency fee covered

Daily Tasks

  • Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian)
  • Assisting with account issues, content reports, and platform queries
  • Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
  • Logging interaction details accurately in internal CRM systems
  • Meeting standard team productivity and quality targets
  • Advocating for community safety and product understanding

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)
  • Good working knowledge of English (B2+ level) for training and internal communication
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • A solutions-driven mindset and genuine passion for helping others
  • Comfortable navigating digital tools and multi-screen environments
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural team
  • No prior experience required — full training provided
