Manager, Marketplace Sales Enablement (Remote)

As a Marketing Manager, this role supports the execution of marketing initiatives that help activate, position, sell, and retain key BCD Marketplace partner solutions. Supporting the Director of Marketing, this role works closely with internal program management, sales, Marketplace leadership, and third-party partner teams to provide digital marketing support throughout the sales cycle, with a primary focus on advancing active opportunities across the finish line. This role contributes to digital campaigns, partner marketing programs, and sales enablement materials, assisting, and at times leading, the execution and optimization of strategic campaigns. A key responsibility is collaborating across the global BCD Travel organization and with third-party partners to deliver timely, relevant marketing support when client or prospect interest is established. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in B2B sales enablement and marketing, and is organized, collaborative, is comfortable working on multiple campaigns at the same time and across teams to support revenue generating efforts. This role requires you to be confident and charismatic, using skills including planning, demand generation, digital marketing, automation, sales enablement, project management, and sales presentation skills.

As a Manager, Marketplace Sales Enablement, you will

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for third-party partners and initiatives that align with broader Marketplace marketing priorities
  • Lead marketing planning for key partner initiatives while working collaboratively with the Marketplace marketing team and relevant stakeholders
  • Lead sales enablement activities tied to Marketplace partner opportunities, acting as a primary marketing contact in support of business development and sales teams
  • Develop and execute targeted digital marketing and enablement tactics to attract, nurture, and progress qualified leads already in the pipeline
  • Actively identify and recommend ways to showcase BCD's strategic advantages, partner value propositions, and relevant success stories across sales materials, presentations, and client facing touchpoints
  • Partner closely with business development, practice leaders, sales, and other stakeholders to identify sales cycle challenges and opportunities for lead nurturing and deal progression
  • Report activities and results to The Marketplace team and leadership on a regular basis, and third-party partners
  • Coordinate internal resources and external partners (e.g., agencies, freelancers, vendors) to deliver high quality work on time and within budget

About you

  • Prior experience in B2B marketing and digital marketing
  • Exerience with Pardot or similar email marketing/automation system
  • Experience with Microsoft office, including extensive experience with PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication/presentation skills and confidence to interface with internal and external stakeholders
  • High degree of organization and ability to coordinate multiple priorities, resources, deadlines and projects, with minimal supervision
  • Strong global and virtual team collaboration skills with the ability to operate independently, affect change across functional areas, and take constructive input from multiple sources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of the corporate travel industry is a plus
