Job description

Role Summary
A Senior Stylist in the ecomm studio is responsible for creating and executing styling concepts/outfitting for online product photography. This role ensures that products are presented in a visually compelling and commercially effective manner that aligns with brand standards and enhances the online shopping experience. The Senior Stylist collaborates closely with the ecomm style director, the creative director, photographers and art directors, while providing leadership and guidance to junior stylists.
Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute styling for e-commerce photography.
  • Style apparel and accessories for on-model.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the ecomm creative team.
  • Interpret seasonal trends and translate them into commercially appealing visual content.
  • Manage styling preparation, including product organization, sample tracking, and shoot readiness.
  • Lead styling on high-volume photo shoots while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Mentor and train junior stylists and freelance teams.
  • Review imagery to ensure styling accuracy, brand consistency, and product appeal.
  • Stay informed about fashion.

Role Qualifications
5+ years experience as a stylist and 2+ years in an ecomm studio
