Job description

Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, and The Bar Method, is seeking a B2B Marketing Specialist - Franchise Development to join its team. The Marketing Specialist will manage the development and execution of key marketing strategies and tactics to support our domestic Franchise Development teams as we grow our franchise network.
The Marketing Specialist will support the Sr. Director, Global B2B Franchise Development Marketing in all aspects of paid, owned and earned marketing to create interest in, and consideration of, our four franchise brands - Anytime Fitness, Orangetheory Fitness, Waxing the City and The Bar Method - with prospective franchisees. This includes creating awareness and consideration of the franchising opportunities with our brands, driving leads to our Franchise Development sales team, and supporting their engagement with leads as they move through the funnel and into a signed Franchise Agreement.
The Marketing Specialist will work with the Sr. Director, Global B2B Franchise Development Marketing, the Franchise Development team, and collaborate with the Purpose Brands Marketing department as well as external agency and freelance partners. This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in franchise development, marketing and health & wellness!


Purpose/Impact:(Duties & Essential Functions)

  • Assist Director, B2B /Franchise Development Marketing in all aspects of marketing support of Franchise Development team
  • Oversee project management of all active projects, building project schedules and managing budgets
  • Manage approvals of creative work product, routing through internal departments and giving feedback to external partners.
  • Independently develop or update creative for digital or print franchise development marketing materials as needed
  • Participate in and support weekly agency status calls and monthly executive business performance meetings
  • Plan and manage trade shows & events, working with our team and the event/venue to successfully execute the event, handling all required communications and documentation
  • Lead all franchise development broker marketing efforts including digital & print marketing materials and collateral to support broker events
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing for all four brands including campaign setup in the CRM system and content development
  • Develop and execute weekly LinkedIn content calendar for Purpose Brands account and all four brand accounts
  • Assist internal team and PR agency in facilitating earned media opportunities with franchisees for all four brands
  • Secure, update and promote all 3rd party franchising awards/badges and listings
  • Assist in reporting & analytics of paid, owned and earned marketing, measuring performance and capturing and sharing key results
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external partners as well as franchisees
  • Other lead-generation and lead-nurture tactics, as assigned

  • Experience with presentation preparation and email platforms, CRMs and/or Adobe Suite products a plus

Salary Range: $70k - $80k
