Job description

About You
You love Jesus. You love people. You are attentive, analytical, creative, and efficient. You combine strong organizational skills with an eye for design, creating on-brand graphics, marketing materials, and communications that support the ministry's mission.
You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once. Your colleagues know they can count on you to execute projects with excellence, maintain brand consistency, and turn ideas into polished, effective designs.
At the end of the day, you do what it takes to get things done. Most importantly, you know this isn't just a job. It's a chance to do something meaningful. A chance to serve others. And a chance to make a life-changing impact on students with the Gospel.
About the Job
We are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven, and detail-oriented Program Support Designer to join our team. This full-time position, based in Hilliard, Ohio or remote, will focus on creating and maintaining on-brand designs and communications that advance the mission of LifeWise. The role also provides administrative and customer support to employees, volunteers, and senior staff.
Responsibilities
  • Receive, triage, and execute design requests from LifeWise programs via a ticketing system, managing multiple requests at varying stages simultaneously
  • Adapt existing templates and systems for new program contexts, and flag when a template needs to be rebuilt rather than stretched
  • Maintain organized, accessible file management so assets are findable and handoff-ready
  • Collaborate with senior designers and the Creative Director when work escalates beyond brand guidelines or requires a new creative direction
  • Document recurring request types and contribute to template or system improvements that reduce future ticket volume

Qualifications
  • A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
  • Experience in graphic design, including using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • High design standards
  • Ability to work with and effectively communicate with users of all levels of knowledge and skill
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Advanced ability to anticipate, diagnose, and problem solve
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands

Salary and Benefits
  • From $48,000 per year
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for qualified employees
  • Retirement plan, including employer match
  • Unlimited PTO for qualified employees

LifeWise Academy's hiring practices and EEO Statement are fully in compliance with both federal and state law. Federal law creates an exception to the "religion" section of employment discrimination laws for religious organizations and permits them to give employment preference to members of their own religion. LifeWise Academy is in that category.
