Description
Tharros is seeking a Program Support Specialist for an upcoming program specializing in technical and analytical services that bolster USCYBERCOM's ability to counter cyber threats and carry out full spectrum cyber operations.
The Program Support Specialist provides operational, analytical, and administrative support for cybersecurity, IT, and mission-focused programs supporting United States Cyber Command initiatives. This role independently supports program execution through coordination of activities, analysis of program data, reporting, and process improvement efforts to ensure alignment with mission objectives and organizational priorities. In this role, you will work closely with program managers, operational teams, and leadership to support planning activities, monitor program performance, track deliverables, and facilitate efficient execution of mission support operations within classified environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Independently support program execution activities for cybersecurity, IT, and mission support initiatives
  • Coordinate program schedules, deliverables, action items, and operational activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Analyze program data, performance metrics, and operational reporting to support leadership decision-making and mission tracking
  • Prepare reports, status updates, executive briefings, meeting materials, and documentation supporting program operations and leadership reviews
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and workflow activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and contractual requirements
  • Support program planning, resource coordination, task management, and operational synchronization efforts
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementation of workflow enhancements and organizational efficiencies
  • Maintain program documentation, records management systems, trackers, and knowledge repositories within classified environments
  • Coordinate meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements while documenting action items and follow-up requirements
  • Support compliance with organizational policies, security requirements, and operational procedures

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • 3+ years of experience supporting program management, operational coordination, or administrative functions within DoD, Intelligence Community, cybersecurity, or IT environments preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience preparing reports, briefings, and executive-level documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively within fast-paced mission environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project tracking, workflow management, and process improvement methodologies preferred
