Stephen Joseph, Inc. is seeking an experienced and analytical Ecommerce Accounts Manager to lead the management and growth of our Amazon business, with a primary focus on Amazon Vendor Central. This role will serve as a key member of the Ecommerce team, helping optimize marketplace performance, drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and support the broader ecommerce ecosystem across multiple platforms and channels.

Position Summary

The Ecommerce Accounts Manager will own the day-to-day management of our Amazon accounts, including product listings, inventory coordination, promotions, reporting, and account health. In addition, this role will act as a resource and support partner for the Ecommerce team across other marketplaces and ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Walmart, Target+, Faire, and additional retail channels.

This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong analytical skills, marketplace expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments including Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Vendor Central Management

  • Manage and optimize the company’s Amazon accounts.
  • Monitor and maintain account health, compliance, and performance metrics.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings, A+ content, images, keywords, and merchandising content.
  • Coordinate inventory forecasting, replenishment, and purchase order management with internal teams.
  • Analyze sales trends, advertising performance, chargebacks, shortages, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Manage Amazon case submissions, dispute resolutions, and operational issue tracking.

Ecommerce Marketplace Support

  • Provide support and expertise across additional ecommerce platforms including Shopify, Walmart, Target+, Faire, and other marketplaces.
  • Assist with product uploads, pricing updates, inventory synchronization, and listing maintenance.
  • Help troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners as needed.
  • Support marketplace expansion initiatives and new platform onboarding.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate and analyze regular performance reports for Amazon and other ecommerce channels.
  • Track KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, inventory levels, advertising performance, and profitability.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketplace performance and customer experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing on product launches, campaigns, and content optimization.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics to ensure inventory availability and operational efficiency.
  • Support the Ecommerce team with strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational needs.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce marketplace operations, listing optimization, and inventory management.
  • Experience analyzing sales and operational data using Excel and marketplace reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with additional ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, Target+, Faire, or similar channels.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce advertising and promotional tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Sage 300 or NetSuite) and inventory management processes.
