How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns and content strategies to drive patient engagement and support healthcare business goals.
  • Develop detailed project work plans and track key metrics to measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
  • Partner with clinical lines of business to align marketing initiatives with operational readiness and provider scheduling paths.
  • Partner with hospitals and clinics to help better promote and market services offered at each facility

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • High School Diploma with 3 years of experience, an Associate/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of specific marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition across service lines, including primary care
  • Experience in hospital, clinic or healthcare marketing
