What You'll Be Doing

You'll oversee and manage a wide variety of marketing initiatives, including:

Digital Marketing
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Monitor conversions, cost per lead, and campaign performance
  • Build and improve landing pages
  • Analyze website traffic and marketing analytics
  • Improve SEO across multiple websites
Website Management
  • Maintain and update WordPress websites
  • Create new landing pages
  • Update clinic information, provider bios, and marketing content
  • Monitor website performance, forms, and user experience
Creative Marketing
  • Design flyers, advertisements, and promotional materials in Canva
  • Create recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Produce newsletters and email marketing campaigns
  • Develop educational marketing content
  • Create AI-generated videos using modern marketing tools
Recruitment Marketing
  • Build direct mail campaigns for dentist recruitment
  • Manage incoming dentist leads
  • Coordinate follow up campaigns through email, phone, and text
  • Maintain CRM pipelines and marketing automations
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance
  • Review CallRail recordings and marketing data
  • Analyze Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and visitor behavior
  • Present monthly marketing reports and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI
Brand Growth
  • Support new clinic openings
  • Assist franchise marketing initiatives
  • Create marketing assets for multiple departments
  • Help develop new marketing strategies as the company continues to grow

Compensation and Schedule:

Compensation Range: $30-$35 per hour (Hourly)

Schedule: Full time Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
