and portions of the surrounding states.


Job Summary

Sales Representatives are driven to produce positive sales growth and increased market share in an assigned

geographic territory. Sales Representatives are responsible for identifying and developing new business and

customers through leads and expanding relationships with existing customers. Successful Sales

Representatives thrive in managing all aspects of the construction process to ensure a positive

customer experience. The sales area covers the greater area Kansas City, KS area. Experience in the construction industry required.

Would prefer prior/current Post Frame selling experience.


As an Outside Sales Professional, You Will:

  • Contact, meet, and follow up with customers, developing a relationship built on trust and respect to
  • Ensure a robust sales funnel and exceed sales expectations.
  • Prepare building proposals using the QSI internal pricing application and written contracts.
  • Review drawings/materials for accuracy
  • Prepare Job packs/labor contracts for building crews to erect the structure.
  • Navigate and verify county and city licenses for the customerโ€™s structure and assist with the permit process.
  • Schedule final walk-through after the structure is completed.
  • Collect payments as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager



Requirements:

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience or relevant construction management-related job experience
  • Prefer prior post frame building/construction sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with outstanding organizational skills and the
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Must be able to lift at least 60lbs
  • Legal work authorization in the United States โ€“ Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
