Metals USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Jeffersonville, IN location. Metals USA is a leading metals processor/distributor in North America, providing a wide range of carbon steel products and services. Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders and track them from mill order through shipment to the customer
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a timely and accurate response
  • Communicate with customers regarding their orders
  • Interact with Outside Sales, Quality Assurance and Purchasing on a routine basis
  • Represent Metals USA in a positive and professional manner
  • Resolve customer service issues as needed by working within the team
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required
  • Quote customers on spot opportunities form time to time
  • Learn the industry trends and understand customer demand / forecast trends
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate sales data to contribute to production service schedule
