As a Mental Health Counselor working from home, you’ll leverage technology to maintain a professional, therapeutic virtual environment.   • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs, incorporating a variety of therapeutic interventions to facilitate progress.
  • Provide crisis management services, including de-escalation techniques and emergency intervention strategies to ensure client safety and stability.
  • Collect, track, and maintain detailed patient records and data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions, ensuring all information is documented accurately and confidentially.
  • Foster a therapeutic rapport with clients by creating a safe and welcoming virtual environment, adhering to strict confidentiality and professional ethical standards.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development, including feedback and supervision tailored specifically to your needs as a clinician.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Four Winds Therapy, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients of different ages and backgrounds, often including those who require specialized approaches for trauma-informed care, integrating contemporary research-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
