Job Title: Industrial Journeyman Wireman - Continuous Deployments

Company: TRIFECTA

Location: Phoenix Metro Area, AZ (and Regional Deployments)

Job Type: Full-Time, Project-Based

Pay Range: Top Industrial Market Rate W-2 (Per Diem available where applicable)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing, bending, and running heavy industrial rigid conduit (1/2" up to 4"+).
  • Cable tray installation, wire pulls, terminations, and landing gear in the dust.
  • Installing switchgear, transformers, motor control centers (MCC), and industrial control panels.
  • Reading and interpreting complex industrial blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
  • Operating equipment safely on high-tempo, large-scale industrial sites (data centers, manufacturing, heavy industrial).


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Industrial Experience: Must be a true Journeyman Wireman with documented experience on heavy industrial or commercial sites.
  • Licensing/Certification: Journeyman License or recognized apprenticeship completion (ETP/IEC/ABC/JATC or equivalent state licensing).
  • Tools of the Trade: Must have a full set of hand tools, cordless tools, and standard trades PPE.
  • Reliability: Proven track record of hitting deck schedules, maintaining high safety standards, and finishing jobs strong.
