Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a closely related field.
  • Current Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Associate (LMHC-A) in the state of Washington.
  • A minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral or mental health settings.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with research-backed therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care.
  • Experience or knowledge regarding pediatric mental health care and developmental considerations across the life span.

Compensation and Benefits
