This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Counselors will engage in outpatient treatment by providing tailored therapeutic interventions to our diverse client base. • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions that facilitate emotional regulation and personal development.
• Utilize crisis management strategies and de-escalation techniques effectively during unpredictable situations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Create and sustain a safe, confidential, and therapeutic virtual environment for clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes through integrated care approaches.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. Our counselors are expected to adopt trauma-informed, culturally sensitive practices that honor the lived experiences of clients across various demographic backgrounds, including pediatric and adult populations.

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a closely related field.
• Current Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Associate (LMHC-A) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral or mental health settings.

• Familiarity with research-backed therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care.
• Experience or knowledge regarding pediatric mental health care and developmental considerations across the life span.
• Strong interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with clients and the community.
• Proficiency in documentation and electronic health record systems.

The Mental Health Counselor role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
