Job description

Moore Safety Solutions in Cleveland, OH is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to work a part-time security officer position. We are located at 1287 Marquette St. Ste.3, but work sites will be assigned on successful hire. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, hard-working, and good with people. We are currently looking specifically for weekend coverage Monday-Friday 7:45a-9:45p and 2p-4p.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Monitor and patrol premises as directed
  • Assess and act upon threats or deviant behavior accordingly

Requirements

  • Lift at least 50 pounds
  • Be on your feet for at least 8 hours
  • Valid Driver's License, personal transportation, and automobile insurance
  • Completion of a satisfactory FBI/BCI check (at your cost)
  • Execution of all onboarding paperwork
  • Obtaining and maintaining current OPOTA firearms certification (Moore Safety Solutions does not supply OPOTA certificates currently. If you do not have your OPOTA at the time of application, you are allowed 30 days to obtain the certification)
  • Supply your firearm (must be caliber qualified with OPOTA)
