Job description

Melt Deck-Foundry Worker

Lite Magnesium Products, Inc. location in Avon, OH is a magnesium and aluminum foundry producing sand castings for the wheel and brake industry for small aircraft and helicopters.

We are looking for Melt Deck personnel to melt magnesium and aluminum scrap and ingots. Pour hot molten metal into the molds and clean the metal and melt deck. Reload the furnaces and get the aluminum pots refilled at the end of the day. Magnesium pots get refilled after each pour. Nothing else to do - you pick up sand.

Full-time, 1st shift positions available. Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday. 6am-2:30pm. High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.

Benefits: 401k, 401k matching (after 1 year of employment), dental and vision insurance-employer paid, health insurance, paid time off. Vacation after 1 year of employment. Personal time off after 90 days.

Salary: $19.00/hr.
