Overall Summary of Job
  • Potential Tech Positions are Benching , Grit Blasting and Masking. Additional training is provided
Essential Functions
  • Performs bench and blend operations on part
  • Masking various parts for thermal spray .
  • Operates a variety of standard power tools and equipment.
  • Maintains records and logs, as needed.
  • Guidance and direction will come from experienced production Leads. Performs related duties as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduation from high school , minimum in a variety of trades or construction work; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Ability to work from sketches and drawings.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions and to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others. Excellent work history and attendance record.
  • Pre-employment drug screen required.
