A growing injection molding manufacturer in North Royalton, OH is hiring Entry-Level Assembly Associates for immediate openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Candidates with experience in assembly, warehouse, packaging, production, machine operation, general labor, or quality inspection are highly encouraged to apply.
Shift Options
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Assembly Associate Responsibilities
As an Assembly Associate, you will support the production and assembly process by:
  • Performing light assembly of plastic parts and components
  • Removing finished parts from injection molding machines
  • Inspecting products for quality, defects, and proper assembly
  • Packaging finished products for shipment
  • Sorting, counting, labeling, and organizing parts
  • Loading materials and resins into machines as needed
  • Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized
  • Following basic work instructions and safety procedures

Requirements
  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
  • No previous manufacturing experience required
  • Assembly, warehouse, packaging, production, machine operation, general labor, or quality inspection experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
