Shift: 3rd Shift (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM)

We are urgently hiring Entry-Level Assembly Associates to join a clean, modern, and safety-focused manufacturing facility in Ravenna, OH.
In this role, you will assemble wire harnesses using simple, step-by-step instructions. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and build a long-term manufacturing career. No previous manufacturing or assembly experience is required.
 What You'll Do

  • Assemble wire harnesses

  • Install tubing, fittings, connectors, and related parts

  • Follow clear written and visual work instructions
