Job Description Assembly - 2nd Shift Join a team where your hands-on skills and attention to detail play a key role in building quality products. trak group is seeking Assemblers to support production in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Assemble prefabricated components using blueprints and shop drawings Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure accuracy and quality Follow written and verbal instructions to meet production goals Support other departments as needed based on workflow demands Qualifications: 1+ year of assembly experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use a tape measure accurately Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to use hand tools Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed Role Perks: Excellent benefits upon conversion Consistent overtime opportunities (~50 hours/week) Stable contract-to-hire opportunity Team-oriented work environment Position Details: Location: Batavia, OH Setting: 100% onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:15 PM (some Saturdays as needed) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Ready to bring your assembly skills to a team that values quality and consistency.
