Position Overview
Gasser Chair is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in assembling high-quality seating products according to company specifications, production schedules, and quality standards.
The Assembly Associate will work directly under the Assembly Manager and collaborate closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow, accurate assembly, and consistent product quality. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in hands-on work, thrive in a team-based manufacturing environment, and are committed to safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly Operations: Accurately assemble chairs and related components following work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Tools & Equipment Use: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment to complete production tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet Gasser Chair's quality standards, reporting any issues to the Assembly Manager.
  • Production Goals: Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance production efficiency and contribute improvement suggestions.
  • Documentation: Complete required production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Support fellow associates to ensure smooth workflow across the assembly line.

Qualifications
